The Dorilal Agarwal (DLA) Memorial Inter-School Hindi Debate Competition was organised
on 9th October, 2017 in the premises of St. Peter’s College. Around 7 eminent school of
the city participated in it . It was a fierce competition as all the debaters were
determined to give their best. Out of all the schools, the students of our college
emerged victorious from both the motions. Krishna Pareek, speaking ‘for the motion’ and
Kalptaru Agarwal speaking ‘against the motion’ bagged the first prize.
The Best speaker or also more popularly known as 'Voice of the youth' award was awarded
to Krishna Pareek . Our college were declared the overall champions of the debate. The
students were trained by Dr. Mrs. Leena Lazer.
