Children’s Day was celebrated with gaiety and fervor in St. Peter’s College on Tuesday 14th November, 2017. The Chief Guest for the day was Dr. Daya kishore Hazra, a renowned Physician of Agra. Who administered an oath of ‘Swacch Bharat’ to the children in which they pledged to keep their motherland clear. The proramme began with a welcome speech by Mrs. Minu kalra and a prayer by Sr. Sonia.
The students of class II and the students of class X presented melodious songs. A foot tapping dance by the students of class II enthralled the audience. The teachers of the primary section and the middle section made the day very special for the students by presenting hilarious and comic skits. Rev. Fr. Paul Thannickal (Principal) greeted the students on this occasion and urged them to follow the ideas of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru and become a person of good Character.
