The Finals of the 54th Archbishop Dominic Athaide Memorial Football Tournament 2023 was held on 14th December, 2023 on the lush green fields of St. Peter’s College. The final match played between St Peter’s College ‘A’ Team and Kendriya Vidyalaya-3. There were 9 teams in the competition and both the teams qualified to the finals after beating tier opponents in round of 9, quarter-finals and semi-finals.
The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. Piyoosh Kant Rai (DSP) and Rev. Fr. Dennis D'Souza. Rev. Fr. Ignatius Miranda (Manager) and Rev. Fr. Bhaskar Jesuraj (Principal) were also present in the match. The Game ended on a thrilling note with St. Peter’s College winning the tournament with a Score of 1-0. The program was conducted by Dr. Anubhav Khandelwal.
