The Finals of the 51st Archbishop Dominic Athaide Memorial Football Tournament 2018 was
held on 11th October, 2018 on the lush green fields of St. Peter’s College. Between St.
Peter’s College ‘A’ Team and Army Public School. There were around 16 teams in the
competition and both the teams qualified to the finals after beating tier opponents in
round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals.
The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. Tarun Kushwaha (Additional Director of Income Tax
Investigation Department Agra Zone). He inspired the students with his words of wisdom
about respecting our parents and to stay focused towards our goal. The game ended on a
thrilling note with Army Public School winning the tournament with a Score of 1-0. The
program was conducted by Mr. Harry Clarence.
